At the young age of 17, Maritza Deoleo began her career of working in the bridal industry for a company by the name of Jena Bridals out of New York City. She was a natural born innovator and entrepreneur when it came to designing and creating headpieces and veils, making them unique and special. Then in 1988, after witnessing her talent and drive, Maritza was blessed with the opportunity of running her own company of bridal hairpieces. She has the respect and admiration of many in the industry with her way of creating amazing pieces year after year. Maritza strives on making sure she has the latest in style within her collection as well as having the best quality pieces around. Her pieces are very detailed and made with Swarovski crystals, rhinestones and/or fresh water pearls and are available in silver, rhodium and/or gold. She is always thinking of new things to bring to the marketplace, keeping her different from the rest, including her latest addition of belts.
